The Oldhoj Hiring Process

Our hiring process is in-depth and incorporates various interviews to allow us time to assess the skills, personal values, and experience of the applicant. Through this process, we get to know if we’re both great fit to each other. With that in mind, applicants can expect our hiring process to take at least 2 to 4 weeks, from the time we acknowledge receipt of your application. After the initial reply, you can expect an initial screening call. The whole process culminates with a job offer for the successful candidate.
